Global Systems and Technology Manager

Job Summary This position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can lead and easily interact with customers, sales, product engineers, R&D, and manufacturing. This requires excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. This position is the critical technical interface with our customers, and manages the coordination of business systems and projects bridging new product introduction from the business to these customers. The incumbent must grow the revenue of the business,  through global business systems management and development of NP (NP1+NP2) sales with a dedicated team. Essential Functions Manage and achieve assigned new product (NP) sales and profitability objectives using project plans and targeted new product introductions.  Develop and actively manage project specific plans for new product introductions (NP1), and for customer specific prototypes (typically NP2). Establish and meet timelines for prototype shipments to customer expectations. Use financial metrics to prioritize, assign and steer projects and to provide support for development of business growth targets. Participate in R+D and engineering design reviews.  Facilitate transfer from low volume/prototype production to volume production by standard Operations personnel. Establish plans with team for developing and maintaining technical relationships with key customers in conjunction with sales Develop customer specific technical communication plans with regular follow-up, including travel for face-face discussions, relationship development and technical presentations.  Develop and report metrics for tracking reports in this space using current and future business systems. Working closely with Finance and Operations, develop a process for maintaining standardized and streamlined cost structures.  Developed costing standards will be used for both quotations (with Sales and Marketing determining customer pricing and margins and proving quote) and orders (with Planning and Product Engineering responsible for ERP system entry and transactions).  Crystal/material cost and labor routers standards will be established.  Review on annual basis to update standards and costs to be used in price lists/calculators and ERP system. Manage Array Lab, including prioritization and coordination of production.  This includes both prototype products and a limited amount of standard production.  Work closely with the Operations groups in both Hiram and India regarding personnel and transfer of products. Track and develop plans to positively influence NPS scores from customers and recommend technology and product trends to the business, including using tools like Product Blueprinting. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
